I live in the neighbor hood and rent a box at this store. Both these gentlemen provide service that is efficient, effective and most accommodating to our printing, packaging and notarizing needs. "Exceptionally talented young people working this joint. Of course, there are times when it gets busy and the line near the door. Haven't seen it out the door. A bit of patience go a long way or just return later, if possible. Never experienced a package lost and staff focus on one customer at a time, plus they accept Amazon and Temu drop offs. Like that this store is conveniently located."
"I had a great experience at this UPS Store being served by Mark. I had some legal documents that needed notarized signatures, and Mark helped me very efficiently. He spotted that the lawyer's office had made a small mistake on one of them, and explained the process clearly. He was also quite funny. = ) I definitely recommend this store, and will be coming back if I need anything else notarized or shipped!"
"I was confused about boxes and when buying since I don't have an Amazon bag anymore. Also the card reader was dysfunctioning and took long for contactless payments to work so I attempted to swipe though it was on the wrong side. Overall though I was able to get the return packages shipped."
