"No truck parking... Will not let you in more than an hour before your scheduled time... Security in the morning was awesome and energetic... Evening security was friendly but severe lack of motivation... They DO NOT open the receiving door to check in until 17:30 but will not totally check you in until 18:00 or so... The only thing the lady at check in for receiving had going for her is that she is friendly and easy on the eyes other than that... Once again .. NO MOTIVATION!!! From the other reviews I'm assuming it only gets worse... UGHHHH"
"This unloading speed! Very! Very! Very slow, truck driver. You could have slept in here! It'll still be red when you wake up! More than 5hr! What a long wait! Bad efficiency"
"Never delivering here again they take 7 to 10 hours makes absolutely no sense. Made me miss my second appointment now I have to pay late fee and I have to wait till next day to get unloaded at a second delivery location. All the other reviews says everything management should look into it. This is a problem FIX IT."
"I've been coming here for 9 years. No progress on trailer unloading. What needs to be done for the driver to be punished like that, to wait for 7.8 hours. The administration does not respond to any of the negative reviews. Who should I complain to? Your whole life will pass while you wait for the green signal."
"Delivery. From 4:30 am to 10:40 am. Restrooms available inside the building next to check in window. People are nice. This place is strangely organized. Wasting to much truckers time."
