"Came in on a Monday after my place's machine died. First time! Nice laundromat! The attendant was very friendly and helpful. The whole place was very clean with a nice clientele. Machine's were clean and working, with the exception of 1 dryer, no complaints! Would recommend!"
"Today May 28, 2023 horrible service!!!!! If I can give this place a 0 stars I would in a heartbeat!!! I usually do laundry here and was literally interrogated and felt degraded/bullied by a worker in this laundry. I came in wearing a mask because I had covid and as the long term result my lungs are not 100% it left me with Lung inflammation and scarring. And the worker said "why are you wearing a mask?" with an attitude and I kindly explained it to him the long term results of my covid experience. He then had the odosity to ask " are you going to do laundry here" I told him yes as it's pretty obvious why I even came to the place. He stood behind me the whole time following me and followed me to my car and yelled "u can take a laundry cart out" I responded I know I'm putting my coins in a cup n he got defensive saying "how is that related to taking out the laundry cart?" I responded I'm putting my coins in a cup since it's easier to do laundry and He got angry saying "ok u can still take the cart out" n things escalated and i left. Why am I even going to endure this kind of behavior. This worker/employee looked hispanic and if i knew his name i wouldve blasted his name here. I went to the other laundry Express Coin Laundry.... definitely gained a new customer here.."
"I've loved coming back to this place since it was bought out, and has new owners. it's sad to see that people are upset with the attendant but I've had conversations with her and she's been nothing but respectful to me; she also let's you be and minds her own. I love the quality of the machines and the place is kept clean. If you ever arrive and it looks like the place is trashed it's because of the customers leaving it dirty and not respecting the place. I would recommend visiting here. Small place but friendly prices and not always packed."
