"Worst pharmacy EVER! Michelle, the pharmacist is the WORST I have ever encountered. I am disgusted. My prescription was sent by my doctor 10 days early. She failed to order when they ran out. Claiming another patient must have taken their stock of it. She SHOULD have ordered mine immediately OR filled a partial for that person and a partial for me. The ball was completely dropped by Walgreens, most specially Michelle! Her advice to me, split by dose to get by until Monday. What! That literally is not the answer or medically smart. An investigation is going to take place. I WILL MAKE SURE OF IT. This will not happen to anyone else. I feel 10000000% failed and left out to dry."

"pharmacy at 19501 beach blvd. filled a narcotics prescription i declined. still ran the transaction and then when asked to return said they would not issue a refund as the medication had left the pharmacy. a completely irresponsible way to manage narcotics. pharmacies are expected to support patients/ customers in being responsible with controlled substances. based on this extremely shoddy behavior, walgreens will absolutely not be my pharmacy going forward"

"I've been going here for 8 years.....this is the worst pharmacy I have ever used in over 50 years! I had a GoodRX coupon and they wouldn't take it because they had already rung it up. I walked out! I have had half a dozen instances like this with the people behind the counter. I'm moving my business elsewhere."
