"Dental health services doesn't return calls nor do they pick up the phone"
"Worst insurance ever!!!! I have been waiting over 3 month for them to approve my 7 year old daughter referral to get some work done and nothing has been done. When her father calls to get an update on the referral they tell him they have it and nothing. The dentist office calls and they get the same thing as her father. I called this morning to make a complaint and the agent was rude and hung up"
"Stay far away from this company. I signed up in March and set up automatic payments and the payments never came out. I always had to call to remind them to take the payments out and each time they reassured me that they fixed the problem. Well fast forward to now and my insurance is cancelled because they don't automatically take out the payments. I work M-F from 8-5 and I don't have time to call each month to remind them to take out the payments. Now I have to pay back the costs to my dentist that the insurance didn't cover, which isn't cheap. I hate his company."
"I have paid out of pocket a year ago, and sent in a claim. Of course, there was no response or reply to my form. The dental office filled out a form for me, and to date, no response from this horrible company. They should be ashamed to scam people out of their hard earned money. This place needs to be shut down. If I don't receive my money after calling them today, I am reporting them to the BBB."
"This company has the worst customer service ever!! I work at a dental office and I've been trying to get a hold of a rep for over a month to process an emergency referral. Hold time is always over an hour long, when I do finally get a hold of a representative I get transferred back and forth. I've tried faxing and emailing information and I never received a response. I would not recommend this insurance company to anyone and based off the reviews I'm not the only one who feels this way."
