"I'm a new client, I received a full set and came back for a fill. This is my first time getting lashes after taking a 5 year break. I'm very happy with my eyelash extensions - I can barely feel they're there, no eye irritation, and hygenic aftercare. The aftercare includes washing my lashes at home with the provided lash shampoo, guided instructions available in their instagram page. I've been getting my lashes done for years and have had a myriad of experiences from extremely bad to extremely good. Nikole Rose takes the lash game to a different level. The staff is kind and accomodating. The environment is clean and relaxing and ....oh my word...I LOVE the chair!! I think I was fast asleep in less than 5 minutes! But, more important is Mae's work. It was like being prepped for surgery! She was so thorough as she went lash by lash to check the health of each individual! She then used her expertise and artistry to quickly create the look that I wanted! After the appointment, they followed up to make sure I was pleased with the outcome and to offer maintenance tips. I received more compliments on my lashes than I have in a long time. AND, the best compliment of all is when people are surprised to learn they are extensions!"
