McNear Building
β OpenThe McNear Building is a historic institution located at 7 4th Street in Petaluma, California. Originally constructed in 1886 by the McNear family, this 20,000 square-foot building is a testament to the rich history of the area. The McNear family was involved in various industries such as real estate, milling, and shipping, making them one of the most prominent families in Sonoma County. In addition to the 1886 McNear Building, the family also constructed the 1911 McNear Building, adding another 30,000 square feet of space.
