"Went to Pinky’s to only get some gel nail polish removed. While I’m there the lady working on my toes kept pushing that I needed to get a pedicure done. Then once we’re done I find out they only take cash so I needed to walk to my car to grab some cash. Came back with a 20. Mind you to remove the gel only cost 10 and the lady only gave me 10 back. I was going to tip, but not to the point where it’s half the cost of what the service was. Honestly would not go there again. Terrible customer service."

"They were very rude and have no manners to treat customers well. I went there for a pedicure and the worker there was hurting my toe nail. When I told her that she is hurting me, she started misbehaving and screaming at me. I don’t understand how these people are still open."
"Got my nails done here it was good for first time Kim did my nails second time she hurt my feets thumb nail while cleaning my cuticles and I was literally about to cry it was very painful and I was bleeding she still didn't stopped and continued her work"
