"I was excited to get some new things for my kids and myself today and had the worst experience! No greet, No help, No acknowledgement. Waited in the fitting rooms for help forever. Lead Christine /Christina was so incredibly rude. I asked her to look up a previous transaction of mine on my gap credit card so that I could buy more jeans for my daughters in their correct sizes and she flat out said we don't do that. She seems like she's tired of working there or just dislikes her job! Spent $400.00. I just bought shares last night because I know Gap has a new President and I love the Brand and want to support it. What happened to customer service and a genuine fun vibe in your stores? Left frustrated!"
