The service tech, Cedric, and service manager, Zach, were very attentive documenting the issue and responsive diagnosing and servicing the vehicle for this problem, which we hope is solved. We appreciate that the service folks have asked us to follow up with them with any continuing issues. Although they are not our usual service providers, we are very impressed with the service and are considering using them for our future service needs."
