"Dr.Catherine Artoun is an amazing delivery doctor I was beyond impressed I felt as she was an angel sent from heaven to help me deliver my baby boy born on January 2023 . She knew exactly what I wanted and what my body was going through she even put me in a hot steamy shower inside the hospital I never knew you can do that and it helped me out a lot . Shes incredible and her bed side manners are very respectful. I am grateful that I experienced a beautiful birth."

"This review is for the office, not the doctor. I waited over two months for an appointment with Dr. Artoun, which I was looking forward to. I get a phone call a couple hours before my appt telling me they switched me to the NP and now she called in sick. First, they didn’t inform me they switched doctors and then cancel my appt. They said the next available appt with her is in another two months from now. I get cancelled on and no resolution."

"Well where do I start? Her office staff are pretty terrible. I had sent over a medical release form so that my records from another place could be sent here. Two weeks later they still didn’t have them. I came to my first appointment to find out I had a missed miscarriage. (I had to google and find a name for what happened ) the nurse practitioner Audrey never told me or explained it to me. She could not see my previous ultrasound where everything seemed viable. She didn’t have access to any blood work which had been done. It was so unorganized. I decided to take the medication route to get rid of what was left. This whole situation has been horrible. They sent my prescription and they were out of stock at all CVS. I called a few places and no luck. So I called to see if they could help me and they said they could send it to another pharmacy but they couldn’t know if they’d have it and that I’d just have to keep calling around to see who had what I needed. You’d think that after my loss they’d try to help in some way. I wish I remembered that woman’s name that I spoke to and offered no help but to keep calling around. Today they called to tell me some test results and it wasn’t what I was expecting. I said this just keeps getting better and better and the woman Collette ..literally giggled...it wasn’t meant to be funny. No professionalism or empathy. I canceled future appointments. Don’t waste your time"

"This review is ONLY for Dr Artoun, because the office staff are another rating completely... I started seeing Dr Artoun nearly a year ago; the first appointment was a telelheath (covid!) and I actually enjoyed it since I got to see her and feel comfortable. The second appointment was in person and she remembered every single detail I had shared 3 months ago... We are struggling to ovulate (PCOS), and she was completely understanding and thorough-- labs were ordered and I wasn't provided with a "this is the one solution to fix it overnight." We began treatment (balancing some hormones that were off) and we got pregnant, unfortunately we lost the baby. She was so sweet, so careful to my sensitive needs, but without sugar coating my underlying situation. During my pregnancy (only 1 ultrasound) I had her PA and it was a HORRIBLE experience, but I really love Dr Artoun so I asked her if I could stay away from her PA and she completely understood. Here we are 6 months after the loss and ready to try again, full of hope for whatever lies ahead. The nurses are always kind, but her front desk receptionist really feel like you're always burdening them, never a smile, a how are you, even eye contact feels avoided. The phone is always busy and it can be tough to get through, but I persisted (Dr Artoun seemed the best fit from my online research.) I would never EVER come back to the office, but Dr Artoun is simply that amazing, she's in my plan, and I can put up with the office to feel like the doctor who is actually treating me, genuinely cares about me and knows me."
