Founded by Merrick Carter, who was inspired by a divine calling to establish a new church in the Oxnard and Ventura County area, our ministry is rooted in a deep commitment to faith and community. As a former Southern California Divisional Evangelical Evangelist with The Salvation Army, Merrick's vision was to create a sanctuary where individuals and families can find spiritual growth, support, and a sense of belonging.
