"I called CapRX with 2 questions. I asked them if a veterinarian calls in with a prescription, would they fill it. They said yes, depending on what it was. Unfortunately they do not fill Bravecto. The next question was for my husband's heart medication, they said it was ready to be picked up. When I got there it wasn't ready until tomorrow sometime. They knew what my conversation was. Really, and extremely disappointed. This is not the first time this has happened to us."

Additionally, they always have multiple employees available to problem solve any and every issue. Whether your insurance, M.D. or an issue regarding the stock of a medication, they always find a way to make sure you have your RX. Personally, as somebody who recently moved to Salinas after living on the MB for over 20 years; I drive to PG several times per month because of the quality of service. I'd highly recommend CAP to anybody dealing with poor and careless corp. pharmacy's typical and unacceptable inability to provide excellent customer care."

Go somewhere else that way you can't blame that it's not a small local business treating you that way."

"If I could leave negative stars I would. They are so disorganized that they couldn't immediately find my prescriptions when I went to pick up. Once it took them 4 days to fill a prescription and I missed a night, and the next time because it took so long to fill missed two nights. Switched to Amazon pharmacy since they are fast and reliable, never missing a prescription again. Never again with this pharmacy."
