"This branch is the worst branch ever. I experienced horrible service from the teller who is 100% incompetent. The branch manager is on vacation, and the individual who is supposed to fill in as the manager on duty Adrian was unprofessional and clearly did not know what he was doing. I've contacted corporate to make sure this level of terrible service ends. I am 100% dissatisfied with the service. These individual's are losers and need to go get a job washing toilets. I will continue to review the US Bank Branch in Ventura for their terrible service. Yazmin Garcia the teller was 100% horrible."

"BEWARE: EXTREMELY LIMITED MOBILE DEP AMTS!!! I phoned 2x & spoke w New Accts for Business, plus met in person w Gibran at the Vta branch. NONE of these 3 alerted me to the incredibly restricted mobile remote deposit limits on New Business Accts for SIX Mo!! FURIOUS as I already ordered checks, switched sev direct deposits & bill pay. Spoke to both Branch Mgr Christina (took sev xs to reach) & Gibran about getting amount increased but NO GO even though have PLENTY of funds DEPOSITED TO COVER THESE CHECKS. TAKING MY BIZ ELSEWHERE!! Kim: I have already wasted volumes of time (and $ lost) w U.S. Bank! If U or higher Mgmnt can get the amounts increased or down to 30 days then I will stay, if not I'm leaving ASAP. The email I recvd 6.18.24 after requesting the increase in deposit amts or decrease in time- stated BOTH were denied!! The 3 representatives I spoke w - NONE disclosed this even tho I stated how important Mobile deposits were for my Corporation. They should have PRIOR to opening an acct!"

"Second time Jasmin had refused to cash my payroll check at Ventura office.Went to US Bank in Oxnard and no problem cashing my payroll check. My boss just changed his business account to Chase Bank because of all the problems you are creating with his employees."
