"They give people with a record a second chance and also train them so they can be knowledgeable in the trade...The pay needs to go up though because some of these guys work super hard for 15.50 it could be a bit discouraging when other places are paying more I'm grateful for giving these guys a second chance but come on CCW you gotta do better on the pay."
"I’m not sure about the other departments but I was close working with supervisors and management, manager quit 3rd day there, cleaned entire tool room, maintained it, tried my best to respect everyone, and mind the way that I was speaking. Not a single manager or supervisor introduced themselves to me, instead sometimes insulted or treated like a lesser, and in my own words, a bunch of grown men losers with a lack of character and communication. Work hard, then for whatever reason they let me go after a month. Wouldn’t let me work efficiently, always pressing me or with every decision and effort it felt like I was walking on egg shells, couldn’t even use the restroom without someone concerned with where I’m going, and the job itself was minimal pay, non skilled work, no hard labor. I don’t find them to be a great company, mediocre at best."
"I love working here. They do amazing things here with buses. Diesel engines, cng, electric, hybrids you name it they do it. Top to bottom literally."
