Highlands Point Apartments

"Steer clear of this place, at least until the leasing and management team get replaced. I was not going to write a review or contact upper management if I got my deposit back but it seems I was lied to and dooped. Had many issues with the whole process , they fail to leave out so many things... I qualified due to my credit score, background and income...but they wanted that deposit before speaking of anything else. In the end, I, within my time frame, decided to cancel. They stole my deposit, lied about it and now I have to take it further. Hopefully Tracy yesenia and veronica get replaced by others who don't scam."

"It's pretty nice community, lovely views, trails access across street, near safeway for grocery shopping, The Lot for weekend hangout spots and 12 munites from 580/ 680. I just moved in couple months, did few hikes, loving it and feel safe here. It's quitet, well kept commnity with spa, pool, and excise facility. Management team is very nice and helpful. They responded very quick to my requests. I have not had any troubles for parking even with my guesses during Thanksgiving. I don't have connection with my T-mobile cell phone at my place though but I'm using my Xfinity wifi when I'm home. I sent a request to T-mobile hopefully they will fix this issue here."

"Can’t say enough about the team here at Highlands Point. So helpful and very responsive. Never have to ask twice for anything. Loving my new apartment and the complex as well. Very happy I chose this place over the others."

"Unfortunately, negative reviews aren't possible. As is obvious from other reviews, the main deficiency in this complex is Veronica. She is beyond incompetent and unfortunately also lies. I confirmed an apartment with her on 11/22 (Wednesday) and was expecting to receive the keys to the unit today (Saturday). We were ready to complete the process on Wednesday, but due to the long weekend (Thanksgiving), she said to come back on Saturday and that she would hold the apartment until then. Today i went there to complete the process and pick up the keys and she said she gave the apartment to someone else. We made all the arrangements, pulled our applications from other complexes, and now have no where to go. We are literally homeless and forced to live out of my car because Veronica lied. There's a special place in hell for demons like her."
