"Maintenance came right away to fix my door knob on my bedroom door. However, the new know doesn’t match any of the other doorknobs it my apartment. Three different ones in my room. Seems like I get whatever part they find extra when I need something replaced."

"RAT INFESTATION!! DONT MOVE HERE!!!! MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Have been experiencing issues since I’ve moved in here. Apartment was NOT move in ready despite how they were pressing me on moving in so quick. During the inspection the guest bathroom was dirty and nasty. Had to have the maintenance man clean the toilet in the spot. A couple of days later the refrigerator motor malfunctioned. Making a loud crazy noise that interrupted my sleep and that was annoying. The socket near the master bathroom was not working either. Clothes left over from the last tenant was found in the washer and dryer. RAT INFESTION A rat ran into my room and went underneath the sink area. When I jumped up and went to investigate it jumped from underneath the sink area and ran down the hall. Have seen it in several occasions. Brice was on vacation when this initially happened but definitely not responsive when he’s in office. I’ve missed work by trying to get this under control. I had to buy my own rat traps because they claimed everyone was asking for them so much. They’re blaming this rat infestation on Solano county when I’ve lived in Solano county for 2-3 years and never experienced anything to the magnitude of this and I have family and friends that live out here. When I finally moved the fridge to see if I can find droppings I found an old bait station from the previous tenant. So unacceptable on how poorly maintained these apartments are kept. They was making me wait until their own maintenance/ pest control was available on Tuesday's only stating they can’t find any entry’s or anything, yet this thing is in my apartment running ramped. I requested a discount on rent and Brice continued to try and take that off the table as if I haven’t been extremely inconvenienced from the moment of moving in. There’s been no options given to me or NOTHING! CRAZY! DONT MOVE HERE!!!!"

"The managers Michael and Bryce are great! Everyone is always so friendly and professional. The grounds are always clean and I only recently had one issue that they quick moved to resolve. I’ve been here for over a year. My neighbors are kind and friendly and considerate as well. It’s a very quiet community with nice amenities. They fix any issue very quick and they are great with communication and always go above and beyond and out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable. Me and my son love it here."

"DO NOT PUT IN A HOLDING DEPOSIT WITHOUT SEEING THE UNIT FIRST! FIGHT FOR THAT RIGHT! They lied to me about a unit being ready for move in. When presented with the unit it has bugs and spiders webs in the bathroom and room. The laundry door wouldn't open and it took two maintenance people and approximately 10 minutes to open. Once they were able to open it the washing machine and dryer were in poor condition and the knob was missing for the washer. There were cracks in the foundation of the wall and almost a whole in the wall in one of the rooms, the window sills looked like that had mold residue on them, there were stains on the counter, all the drawers were not completely functional, and the smell of the apartment was horrible. I was sure if the smell was a fresh coat of paint or something else, They requested another application fee and another holding deposit even though they lied and didn't provide the product they said they would. There was no apology from the leasing agent, she was just quiet. They completely inconvenienced us and made us completely uncomfortable about moving there because they took little time to prepare the unit. When we were all ready and excited to move in. They are nice people which puts on a great show, but does not cover the concerns of maintenance and taking care of their residents or treating them as if they are valued. They will not give you all the information and will sugar coat things. They want you to sign the lease without them fixing anything first. It felt like all they cared about was manipulating us for our money without actually providing the product up to move in standards so they can make a quick buck.
