"Good experience so far. I have been living In Laurel Creek Apartments for almost two years. I like the quietness and my neighbors. If I have to complain about something, it will be the new heater system. The old one was better. It is freezing in the winter, unless you keep the heat on 75 and that is not a good way to save energy."
"I’m leaving this review solely based on my experience trying to view the property- I do not live here. The online booking option is useless. I booked an appointment on Monday June 19th. I realize this is a holiday but I had email confirmation from what I thought was a person named Riley. When the office was closed on Monday I was understanding and rescheduled for Tuesday afternoon. I received an email from Riley apologizing and confirming my news appointment time. I was running ahead of schedule so I called the office to see if they would be able to show me the property early - the person who answered the phone informed me that they didn’t have any idea I was coming and had no units to show me. This was a special trip I made to CA from Iowa to find a place to live in preparation for my move next month. Thankfully I was able to find another place I liked. If this property is so bad at something such as managing appointments I am glad I didn’t get the chance to look and potentially lease from them."
"Absolutely love living here! Have lived here since 2019 and its been a great experience. Nice and quiet community. Spacious apartments. The only thing I would say as a negative, is the bugs and spiders that get in the home during the summer. Other than that, I do not plan on leaving any time soon!"
