"Don't come to this shop ，they are tricky. I brought the car there yesterday there is one space has small scratch . And i checked the car before i go to do painting. there is Only this one space need to be painted. They says the price is 350 and i accepted it. When I go to pick up my car. i found there's a new scratch at the back bumper. I asked him what happened here .he says he doesn't know. I required to check the camera. He refused at the beginning. Later he called someone and talked with Spanish which i don't understand at all. then he told me the camera is fake and he won't fix it for free. I have no choice and i asked him how about 50 dollars extra to fix this part. He says usually it's should be 100 but ok for 50 this time. Then he asks me to pay by cash. . I paid him 200 with cash. And he says let me write on the papers with your payment. I didn't check the papers after he sighs and i trust him so much i left without checking how much he signed. The next day morning when I came there. I paid him the other 200 cash. He says no should be 250 . And then ask me to check the papers. Until then I noticed the number he wrote is 250 dollars. They are so tricky . I'm Chinese lady with pregnant two months. I know i can't be too mad but still feel really bad. This is the first time i experience such kinda matter. I think i got a lesson at least. But still i think I should let people know how tricky they are. And what knid shop this is. I don't know why he got five stars. Probably he just get people to do that. Don't go. You will be regret."

"I was referred here by my tow truck driver following a minor accident. I called the following morning and spoke with Mark about cost-effective decisions. He was both honest and professional and I was able to get my car back the same day. It is a bit tucked away and in a sketchy area, but that does not portray the quality of service. I will return here for my further repairs. *two thumbs up*"

"Mark took care of us so well. He gave us a reasonable price for the work that had to be done. My car was rear-ended before and the place I took it to did a horrible job to the point of having to return twice, they even ordered the wrong piece. Mark on the other hand, had the car ready when he told us and it was perfect. If you look at my car now, it looks like nothing ever happened!!! The shop is reasonable, great, and super friendly"

"I've taken two cars now to Ray and his team and both times I've been more than satisfied with their work... and their prices. I did my fair share of price-comparing beforehand and Ray's offered the best deal. The first was an Infiniti G35... it was a little banged up with dents and the front bumper and grill needed to be replaced... he left it better than when I bought it- like new. I traded it in and got myself another Infiniti (this time an suv) and he repainted the whole car plus customized some of the emblems for me... it looked like a completely different suv - totally transformed it. I'm very happy with their service and will definitely be going back if I need any body or paint work."
