"This place is very cute. The price is not the best. The quality of my drink was only so-so. I ordered through the kiosk. Decent. I don't think I'll come often as it didn't wow me. The staff didn't seem very excited either. Overall I'd say 2/5. The atmosphere is a plus with the cute designs, pillows, and plushies."

"I've come to this location a couple times for some fruit teas because it's very close to my apartment and work at Stanford. The staff is always nice, and the shop fairly clean. There's several restaurants close by along with little boutiques and things. The teas could be hit or miss: sometimes they're too sweet, sometimes they're just right. I love the fruit teas, but the milk teas they have I'm not likely to order more than once. I do get the bunny surprise tea because there's a cute plushy keychain that always makes me a little bit happy! They also have bento boxes and other food options. I love their popcorn chicken. I've tried the pork belly rice bowl as well and that was okay."

"Drink came out and popcorn chicken took 45 more minutes to come out. Many pieces tasted fermented and not fresh. Almost swallowed a SHARP PIECE OF METAL that was in my drink. Avoid this place, they’re cheap on labor and clearly lack a sense of responsibility when serving food. They don’t even have AC for their employees."
