"Very clean hotel with large rooms and great views. Very friendly service. Also had comfortable beds with up to date appliances that all work well. The art in the room was a nice touch. Very short walk to the beach. If I'm coming back to this area I will always stay here!!"

"Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Yelled at my disabled veteran wife and told her to be quiet and wait. No direction on where our room was. No ocean view. On top of all that they require a 250 deposit plus an additional 150 for possible cleaning fee. We would have left but we were told it was non refundable."

"If I could give this hotel no stars I would. I had a reservation on 09/02/23, upon arrival I was notified by the manager that my room was not ready at 4pm because the maintenance guy was still working in it. I was trying to be accommodating and said I was headed to the beach and just wanted it ready when I got back. Long story short I wasn’t able to shower off the sand until 10pm. My romantic get away was ruined. The manager was absolutely no help. I had a couple of adult beverages and the manager suggested I drink drive somewhere else and leave the property if I wanted a refund. HORRIBLE customer service."

"I love this place. Very clean, neat, beautiful spacious rooms-with microwave, refrigerator, closet, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, coffee, & tea. Very comfortable beds. Staff are very friendly, welcoming, helpful and make your check in easy and fast. Great location, good price for room, excellent service. Highly recommend."
