"they need all new staffing nobody behind that counter seems like they want to work at all. They are slow, can't understand clear instructions and don't even know how to punch in items on their register. Now comes receiving, the drink came out luke warm and sweet vanilla cold foam wasn't sweet wasn't vanilla and was weirdly warm on my iced chai drink. Pumpkin powder on top looked like a complete mess and overall took way longer then it needed to. Sad experience, this place needs to close for a while so they can get their act together, if not that then they need to close those doors indefinitely because people expect standards from a starbucks and this place does not meet any of those standards.."
"We came here two days in a row. First day drinks took over 30 minutes. Staff was all over the place there was 4 people working and only two knew what they were doing. When we went back the second day it took over an hour to get 3 drinks. This place has issues with staffing from what I heard when I was waiting. They can’t keep employees for long. If you could avoid this Starbucks I would. No one should have to wait 30minutes to an hour for 3 drinks. The worse part was there was only 3 people ahead of us. Avoid this place at all cost"
"They were out of pretty much everything I came in to order and it wasn't even 8:00 am. After settling on items that were in stock we stood waiting for 25 minutes. While we got some items from our order, we gave up on the rest 25 minutes in. It was worth eating the $10 to end the frustration."
