She is the sweetest and most thorough doctor I have ever encountered. She will remember your name and why you last saw her. Great with all ages....my kids LOVE her. I wish i could give her a bonus star."

"Dr el-henawi is AMAZING!!! Her office runs so efficiently. Her staff are all very pleasant and welcoming. The environment is very friendly and almost “family” like. You can tell they are well aquainted with each patient. Also, my appointment was at 9 am and they called my name 9:03 am. That’s unheard of lol. The Dr. Herself was so sweet and knowledgeable. She didn’t make me feel rushed at all. She gave me plenty of opportunities to voice any concerns I had. I’ve seen many drs over the years and this is the very first time I’ve ever felt like my concerns were heard. It is important that I note I am a black woman and for us, these types of doctors are hard to come by. I would definitely recommend!"

"They DO NOT answer the phone! I called continuously for 15 minutes until someone picked up! One time I had to physically go in to make an appointment as nobody was answering the phone walk in and theres two ladies on the side of the reception desk just talking. When I walked to the counter they take their seat at their desk and the girl who helped me idk her name was just rude! I asked if she had a sooner appointment she said she can put me on the waitlist in case of a cancelled appointment and then very rudely says if I call you for a cancelled appointment know I’m not leaving you a message I’ll just move on to the next person if you don’t pick up! I wanted to be rude back but couldn’t as I was raised better so here we are! I changed my daughters primary and will no longer be coming to this office!"

"You can not get an appointment in a timely manner to save your life. Yet there is never anyone in the lobby. And Ana is getting paid for no reason. She has an attitude, she's never doing anything, she's always waiting for the phone to ring, she will lie to your face in a heartbeat and will talk poop to you if you piss her off. Good luck. The staff has the doctor thinking she's messing up when its them not doing thier job!"

"She's been my doctor for a few years now, because I have moved she will no longer be my doctor and it makes me very upset. She was always patient with me and was very sweet. She helped me after my hospital visit for severe pneumonia and now with my bronchitis. The staff always got me in quickly, I received my nebulizer along with other prescriptions quickly. I will definitely miss this place. It's also a large nice waiting area especially after renovations."
