"The prices on the washers and dryers here are 35% lower than anywhere else. And they seem to do a good job. But, BRING YOUR OWN QUARTERS. I put in two5 dollar bills but I only got back $6.50. The attendant gave me the other $3.50 when I told him what happened. As another reviewer indicated, they also had problems with the change machines. Good place to wash your clothes for a less expensive price, but bring your own quarters. Asking for half an"
"Please contact me - missing laundry. I came in for wash and fold services and they lost my laundry. Their phone number goes to 3rd party receptionist who relay the message. Unfortunately it’s been several days and despite calling back I’ve received no response. We stopped in person the next day to check in, and the laundry worker had no clue of the issue, which surprised me… are the messages actually being relayed? The receptionists unfortunately are unable to give the owners contact information or anyone that can provide more details on the course of action. We are traveling, and one of us is living in another country so this makes it extremely difficult. Please get back as soon as possible. EDIT: took a a few days but owner did get back to me. Ultimately at a loss but he worked towards a resolution. Apparently this is uncommon. Updating from 1 to 2 stars because it was still frustrating getting in touch with any decision maker."
"This is a great laundromat. They have so many machines varying in size and price - from $2.25 up to $4.50 for comforter sized loads. Honestly so much cheaper and more efficient than the washers in my apartment complex. They also have Wi-Fi on site which is fast, seating dotted around, and lots of trolleys if needed. Last load allowed is at 9:30PM so pretty late! If you’re breaking notes, there is a 25 cent surcharge on breaking a $10/$20 bill into quarters."
"This place is terrible. I put all my stuff in 2 washing machines. Presoaked my clothes, put detergent, stain remover and softener in 2 machines, paid in 1 machine $2 (total cost $3) and went to cash changer to get some more quarters and here is surprise!!! 3 cash changers and none of them work!!! Even ATM doesn't work! Called attendant - nobody answered my phone calls and nobody at premises. Don't stop here!"
