"As usual Macy’s is great for women and men clothes, the only thing that is not good at all is the attitude of some of the staff. If you’re buying in men’s clothes try to avoid Ms Pav, zero patience and even rudeness when we bought a lot of things. That’s my only complaint."

"I placed a pickup order here and received the email that my item was ready. The email offered curbside so I chose that and put in my parking space number. I was the only person parked in Macys curbside section yet waited 15 minutes for no one to show up. I then called the number on the sign and no one ever picked up. So I ended up going inside to find the pickup location on the first floor completely empty without anyone in line. I let it go and was nice to the guy working there. He then tells me oh it's not done, without even checking. I said this is the email confirming it's ready for pickup? Then he goes to the back and quickly found it. No thank you, have a good day or anything. I just walked away with my order. What happened to decent customer service? No communication at all."

"Had a wonderful time shopping in the men's and bedding sections today. It was really nice being able to see something and try it on before buying. Getting sick of buying things online and settling with the outcome. Needed to buy some new bedding goods (comforter, etc.), was so much happier and satisfied with looking and touching the product before hand. Smiled the whole time I was opening and redoing our bedroom with our new comforter, sheets, etc. couldn't be happier. The sales staff were very helpful and fun. I've missed this. I can't wait to go back."

"Went in to the mall to pick up my wife’s bracelet that was at Tiffany’s for repair. When I got there the line was huge to get in, so I asked the security guard at the door if I had to stand in line to pick up my repair and he let me right in. I was in and out in 15 minutes, though I was tempted to look around d and buy something, I resisted. Next I went in to Macys to look up the latest Channel perfume, the lady at the counter was great, even though she had a customer she asked we what I was looking for, grabbed my bottle and checked both of us out in no time. Everything went smooth and I wanted to on the road pretty quick. Now getting out of the parking lot was a whole other story. It’s slow and tedious. I hope they work on a better plan to get people in and out faster. I always take pictures of the parking lot where I park, so I can find my car faster. Recommend this mall, a lot of high end stores and you are treated well."
