"Brought my son in to Urgent Care and am so grateful that Dr. Amanda Lynn Rodríguez was the one who saw him. My son was in a lot of pain and needed an in-office surgical procedure that he’s never had before. Dr. Rodriguez was warm, caring, and calmly explained the entire procedure to us ahead of time. I was able to stay in the room with my son the entire time and she repeatedly praised and reassured my son that he was doing a great job. She modeled some relaxing breathing techniques for him to follow and it really helped him stay calm. Not only was he knowledgeable about the problems I went to address, but his personality and people skills are what really made a difference. I had lost faith in getting my issue fixed after being brushed aside three times by separate doctors.
