Thousand Oaks Community Park, located at 2525 Moorpark Road in Thousand Oaks, California, is a popular tourist attraction and park spanning 35.8 acres. Established in 1970, the park features a variety of amenities including a community center, gym, soccer and softball fields, sports courts, picnic areas, and reservable meeting rooms. It is the only park in the area with racquetball courts and is home to the Rabbit Flats Disc Golf Course. The park recently underwent renovations in 2022, including a new playground with insect-themed equipment, a reservable picnic structure, and ADA improvements for accessibility. Covered parking solar panels were installed in 2013, making it an eco-friendly destination. Adjacent to Thousand Oaks High School, the park offers something for everyone and is open daily from 7:00am to 10:00pm. Visitors can enjoy outdoor volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts on a first-come, first-served basis. The Rabbit Flats Disc Golf Course is also available for public use.
