"They do provide CPR training for $85 approximately. The staff and the instructor was courteous and knowledgeable. It could be a little far for people traveling for Elk Grove/South Sac but this place is worth the amount. I am not sure if you can walk in for a training so check their website or call them before visiting. They do open on weekends. When I visited on a weekend, there was ample parking space. If you are visiting them for the first time then it might take few extra minutes to locate their suite in the building."
