"I contacted Mr. Rooter in South San Gabriel when I started to have problems with my upstairs toilet. They answered promptly and scheduled me an appointment time based on my availability which was perfect. The office promptly sent me an email confirming my appointment and called me the day off to inform of the arrival time of the technician who was coming out. I have worked with both Jesse Fernandez, Adam Galvan and Joseph Diaz and they are all very professional, courteous and friendly. They solved my problems easily and cleaned up very nicely. I plan to use them for all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend this company and any of the above-named professionals."

"Really professional service. They have customer service center, auto text message updates, electronic receipt, etc. My water tank had humming sound and I thought it was the sediment in the tank after I watched couple Youtube videos. But the technician quickly found out the burner is the issue. He was professional and polite, and he is ok to pick up parts from Lowes for me. He also suggests to install a water inflow valve for extra safety and future maintenance convenience. Generally really good service. I will find this company next time."
