"How do I begin? My first visit here for my "Annual physical checkup" which I have only done it 2 times the past 25 years. Wasn't sure what to expect but everyone was really helpful and thoughtful. Front receptionist Carolyn and the assistant Helen were just impeccable in terms of their mannerisms and professionalism. Dr Cheung is truly another hidden gem in this facility. He was truly, truly patient with all my inquiries and worries. He gave me lots of advices and suggestions and he made me feel very positive about my current situation. I have tons of issues and pain and he was able to thoroughly checked out most of them. I spent almost an hour with him and I'm really glad that he is the one I consulted today. I have been to other Tzu Chi medical facility before and this is by far the best experience I've ever gotten. Thank you Dr Cheung, Carolyn and Helen for taking care of me today and I shall make this my go to medical facility from now on."
