"I had given a 5 star rating over a year ago now ,this place upstairs medical office deserves no stars , you guys are lacking professionalism and organization, even communication. We ALL have precious time on our hands and we DO NOT want to be wasting it with you at your office On October 2022 my son had appointment and a new nurse that was in training took him in and completely did not know what to do because she didn't do her vitals check right we sat over 1 hr waiting for the doctor who thought we weren't ready to be seen because nothing was input on the computer that was unacceptable and definitely could of been handled better i didn't argue much Second , on November 2022 my 14 yr son had a physical check up. I had the slightest cold related cough (i was good to go i was worse trust me) and the lady downstairs didn't let me go in and insisted that i waited in the car and my son goes in alone , NO ALTA MED you're NOT Trustworthy to let my kids alone with y'all. So don't suggest that . The lady downstairs was so freaking rude making decisions rather than speaking to someone, when she tried to speak with someone they Weren't responding and i decided to leave but not before a new appointment and she said "oh no sorry i don't give appointments you're going to have to call " alta med takes their sweet time answering calls !!! In the end this is getting frustrating i used to like coming here . Honestly i even think Dr Yoo is slacking too she suggested i stop speaking as Spanish to my son and add English, i thought that was a little overboard and she shouldn't of said that .come on alta med step it up , you ladies are always goofing off and laughing which is great but make sure we're all taken care of"

"I have no words to describe how disappointed I am with this altamed. My mom had her appointment today at 9:40am as altamed policy we arrived 15min early. It about to be 11am and the dr still hadn’t seen her. This is ridiculous. We left and will not be coming back to that altamed again. If you want to waste gas and your time your in the right place."
