"The he wait was over an hour. Multiple people booked for the same time, but only 3 rooms available. Everyone who came after with the same time slop went in before me and the receptionists response was “yeah, that’s just how it is. You just have to wait as long as it takes”. I have waited every time I’ve come. The dental assistant is also very tough and aggressive. Don’t waste your time coming here!"

"I waited almost 40 minutes for my appointment. There was no sense of urgency, a very hot waiting room, and several patients waiting longer than I had been. No thank you. Thanks for wasting my time."

"Dr. Miranda is one of the best dentists I've found in the bay area. Even after I moved across the bay, I still go to him. I've tried other dentists, but I couldn't find one that I can trust. Most dentists in the US are eager to do unnecessary procedures to nickel and dime you. I was told by two other dentists that I have 4 cavities. They are eager to get me scheduled for fillings. I was skeptical as I kept meticulous oral hygiene and had regular checkups. I went back to Dr. Miranda to get a second opinion. He said there was no cavity. I decided to get it verified once again by a top dentist in Korea, who treated me since childhood and monitored my dental health over the years. He said there is no cavity except some staining. Dr. Miranda is not only skilled, but he always puts patients' interests first. He tells you exactly what's going on and recommends the best option for the treatment. I would totally recommend him if you need a good dentist."

"I just had my appointment done in this clinic with my daughter. The doctors are accommodating. I am not in the habit of giving first impressions, but I really i have to take time and give this clinic my review. I will keep this short. The receptionist greeting patients is the worst person you could assign to do the job. I respectfully requested if I could see what's to be done with my daughter's teeth since in other clinics they inform you before any procedure and not just ask you to sign. Her reply was " of course you won't see it visually, you'll only see it in the x ray"! .. i won't elaborate. She gives you a call without leaving any message. If you call back and she picks up the phone, she will not identify the clinic. She will instead say, "DENTAL CLINIC!" seriously??? Madam receptionist PLEASE TAKE YOUR REVIEWS SERIOUSLY because most likely than not you are definitely the reason why it is really low. You are a failure in doing your job. You provide the worst experience for first time clients considering you're the first person they see.. BE RESPECTFUL AND PLEASANT. LEARN TO SAY THANK YOU BEFORE THEY LEAVE. NOT JUST SAYING " ITS OK YOU ALREADY HAVE A SCHEDULE NEXT YEAR". If you will not take this review and other low reviews because of you, you won't have any appointments at all."

"Dr Miranda is a great doctor, he works quick, efficient and carefully, I've been here many times for general cleaning, fillings and wisdom extractions. I never felt any pain and was always comfortable."
