"I have been wanting to write a review this whole last month about how gratful and appreciative I am for this pediatrics office! Let's start with the fact that I've never had any issues with recieving care and attention at this location, but I have been in and out of here multiple times this last month in particular with my two toddlers (skin infections, stomach viruses, mystery hives, etc. - its been a "fun" month for my family). EVERY TIME I have called, I have recieved patience, kindness (with no automated recording or key-dialing prompts and able to immeadatlyspeak with the front desk staff), and I have been able to get into their office with an appointment either the same day, or the next day. If I call and leave a message for the doctor with the front desk staff over the phone, the staff are kind and the doctors call me back within a very reasonable time frame and answer ALL of my nitty-picky questions. In the office, or over the phone, the doctors help me understand what is going on and the biology and scientific aspects of whats occuring, and they fill perscriptions in a timely manner with zero issues. AND ON TOP OF THIS, I have to give a special shout out to Michelle; she helped me figure out how get logged back into my MyChart account (I don't know what went sideways but I had been blocked out for 6 months or so because the system was no longer recognizing my user name for my existing account). SHE VOLUNTARILY FIXED THE PROBLEM over the phone with me when I didn't even ask her to - I just told her that I need to figure it out and I have been having issues, and instead, she knew how and heard my struggle and helped. I had to refrain from crying tears of releiefe over the phone, because now I can send photos to the staff over the platform and message the doctors we see directly instead of dragging in the kids to an in-person appointment because I didnt have MyChart access. Again - I cannot express my gratitude enough for this team and this facility. THANK YOU EVERYONE!"
