"1 star for milkshakes, service, and fries. In other areas a lot of improvement is needed. Seems like quality is going down overall. Burger: Below average Fish Sandwich: Very bad, sauce tasted bad, fish was bland and undercooked Fries: Average Milkshake: Above average Service: Average Environment: Average Price: Reasonable prices except for the fish sandwich which is extremely overpriced in relation to the undercooked low quality product."
"As long as I have been going to this habit Burger, I think today has definitely been my last straw. Every time I order, it is a specific order. I always order the impossible meal with extra crispy fries. 1) I never get the extra crispy fries that I order yet alone they are always cold and over salted and super soggy. 2 ) I ordered an impossible burger with no mayo, onions, or cheese. For some reason, I received a burger with a real patty and mayo in it. Which I ended up throwing away. I lost almost 10 dollars on a burger due to the employees either not caring or just being negligent. I AM VEGAN AND CAN NOT EAT REAL MEAT. BIG MISTAKE..."
"The product and the building site and location are pretty darned exceptional - no problem there. But the current staff (seems like a family franchisee) does not understand the crucial importance of keeping the front-of-house spit-shine clean. There were maybe ten people behind the counter, we were the only customers at the time, and yet there was nowhere we could sit due to food waste all over the tables/floor/seats of every booth. Really awful. We very politely mentioned we needed a clean place to sit and very slowly one person emerged to start wiping and sweeping up a bit. A real pity since we’d kinda like to come back but might just skip it in favour of Smashburger or others."
