"DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED HOT WATER for Whites, it doesn’t work! Worst of all, If you have issues there is no number anywhere to call the owner/manager. Our clothes were stuck in the washer and we didn’t know what to do. I’m here for work and the washers at the hotel are worse than these here. So I’m looking around for a place and I found this one; BIG mistake. There were 4 other people waiting for the same thing. One guy had been there for two hours while his clothes continued to wash in cold water. I’m sure it’s because they don’t care and just want to make the almighty $$ and no return customers. It’s a largely Hispanic group of people that come here, that minimally speak English, so of course this place would take advantage of them. There are other places around that you can go to, I wouldn’t go here because one they have no customer contact for the owner/manager. If there is an issues, like what we had , you end up spending 2 to 3 hours here waiting for stuff to either correct itself or, just like one guy, he just left his blanket in the washer. Horrible experience. Two hours to wash two small loads of laundry…SMFH!!"
