"Wow! What a nightmare. I waited over two hours. Many patients arrived way after me and were treated. It favors minorities. If you are white , I would avoid this facility. I was told by a respected Doctor, that they favor medical patients."

"I waited an hour for a nurse practitioner (MARIA GILLAMAC) to spend about 5 minutes with me, tell me that she didn’t know what was wrong and to see my primary care doctor. She seemed rushed, uncaring, and cut me off multiple times as I was trying to describe my symptoms. My sister saw this same NP in September 2023 and reports a similarly negative experience with her."

"We had an appointment time at 7:30 and checked in at 7:10. Nobody has called us in. We are now the last people in the waiting room. The receptionist mentioned they were running behind on all appointments, which is understandable just a bummer that they didn't call us to come in a little later so we didn't have to wait in a lobby full of people coughing. They did not enforce masks for people who were coughing and with fevers which was a little scary! The front counter staff is friendly and we hope never to have to come to urgent care again, but if we do that we have a better experience."

"I had my first visit to Memorial Care LB this past Monday for my annual physical examination. The medical care provided by everyone I met here was exemplary. The receptionist was polite and professional, helping me through the check in process without any issues. Valerie, the nurse, came out to greet me in the lobby right on schedule with my appointment time. She was kind and friendly and performed all the preliminaries. Dr. Cameron Lee arrived shortly afterward and we got through any pressing medical issues indicated in my records. He was sensitive to all my questions and did not rush me through the appointment. His assistant directed me to the lab where Connie drew my blood for the necessary lab tests. She was also very kind and efficient. I was able to get through the entire appointment in less than 45 minutes. All LAB results were available the next morning in My-Chart. Everything normal...YAY!!! It is great to have this medical facility so close to my home in Los Altos."

"This wpuld be the closest Urgent care I can go to. This is a big urgent care center and I have an appointment at 3:30 so I decided to go at 12:30 and when I arrived I was greeted by front desk and I gave the paperwork filled up in advanced prior to visit and front desl took care of the paper work and not busy at the time so after the paper work only waited a minute then I was called in already. I have a nice experience with this place."
