"Worst customer care I've ever experienced. I've been working with them to get supplies in the past 9 months. When I called recently, they told me that I'm not eligible until 3 weeks later. But I've been on a 3 months schedule for the past 9 months. So I asked them to look it up. Turns out that they somehow had a delay for my last order for 2 weeks. So my whole eligibility was delayed for 2 weeks. This has implication on my insurance deductibles for the whole year. The rep on the phone was really rude. She told me that there was July 4th holiday and they cannot guarantee that there was no delay. I told her that that's why I called them couple days before and paid my co-pay. She told me that I could find some other vendor, and asked me in a way that's like an ultimatum: Do you want me to put in the order?! Please do yourself a favor, find a more capable and customer friendly vendor."

"They've never once contacted me about my breast pump even though it was approved through insurance last month. When I did get to speak to someone, they said it could be delivered to my house. It has been 2 additonal weeks and still no pump or tracking number or any confirmation was sent to me. I have since called them back a few times to follow up. They gave me different stories of not knowing its status and then changed it to they don't have my insurance information or that they might be able to send it next week. Upon reading other reviews, it seems like poor customer service is their standard work ethic with their medical equipment department. This tells me they do not care about their customers at all."
