Emergency services, foster aid, and stray intakes can be accessed through the volunteer entrance to the right of the main door. Owner surrenders are not currently being accepted, but resources for rehoming can be found on their website. ASAP Cats is the first non-kill shelter in Santa Barbara County, with over 200 volunteers caring for cats for over 32 years. They have rehomed 100% of their adoptable cats.
