"I hired Mr. Fakhimi in 2021 for my son. I understand that lawyers get busy but this is unacceptable. He's been to one court date, he's never went to visit my son, he does not answer nor return calls/texts and I have also been waiting to receive a copy of my sons discovery since May 12, 2022. I definitely would not refer him to ANYONE and you're better off using a public defender. I only applied 1 star because without it I was unable to post my review. My next stop is to file a complaint with the Ca Bar Association!"
