"Doctors and nurses apply social pressure to get maximum benefit out of insurance and you. When I said I don't elect to get deep cleaning the dentist gave me an example of having an operation to cut off a wrong foot when treatment is required in another - what the hell? What kind of an example is that. When I explicitly told him I elect not to have deep cleaning because it is Elective procedure - he refused. All in all a well organized racket. EDIT: You don't have to exceed my expectations. Lets try meeting them first. You do have my number in your database. Feel free to call me. I want a simple dental cleaning covered by insurance. I don't want to keep coming up for multiple appointments. That is my right and I do not want to sign up for excessive elective procedures, nor do I want to be convinced about extra x-rays, or extra procedures when I explicitly declined."
"I did not have a good experience here. The dental assistant was cold. You would expect a pediatric dental facility to be warm and expressive and they are not. My son has been to previous dentists several times and has never cried, meanwhile he screamed in pain the entire time he was there. I felt like i had to advocate for him the entire time. They did a terrible job on his crowns and now I am having to get them completely taken off and redone somewhere else. They were not apologetic about it either. Do not recommend this place at all."
"They are very kind and gentle with both my kids. Especially with my child with Autism they explain to him what they are doing and they have so much patience with him. I was looking for a kids dentist in town and Im so glad we found you guys. They have made going to the dentist a very positive experience for both my boys. I recommend them to all my friends with kids."
