"I just got off the phone with Adriana not after I was persistent in speaking to her as she was refusing to take my call dumping her work on the receptionist to tell me she was unavailable and that they couldn't help me. All I wanted to know is why they can't help me and I never got an answer. I had an auto accident back in November and have auto insurance and was recently found NOT at fault after a thorough investigation. Both the receptionist and the "supervisor" were not only rude but made me feel that they couldn't care less about my situation and told me to go somewhere else. I never even got a chance to speak to the actual attorney and explain my case to him. This is very poor customer service and will be notifying my friend who referred me, Mr. Uribe a long time client both father and son, about the way I was treated here."
