"I’m trying to help a young adult relative and the website does not accurately describe the services available. It took me 2 days to finally reach a representative by phone, and they told me that the only outpatient services provided were virtual, three times per week, at a cost of $480 per day. Partial hospitalization and in-person outpatient are not offered, even though they are listed as options on the website."

"Terrible experience terrible place. Do not send your kids or anyone you love here. You only get sicker and have absolutely 0 freedom. You can’t even leave the room by yourself. You can’t even pick the food you want to eat. The “therapy groups” are just time fillers. Most of them aren’t even therapy it’s a waste of time sitting around coloring what you would bring to an island. It makes you crazier. Do not go here."

"I can not say enough amazing things about Newport Institute. I went to a house in Orange County. The staff were the kindest, most genuine people. The therapy was incredibly helpful. They listened to me with all of my fears of residential and made it a beautiful experience. The house was amazing, the other clients I still stay in touch with. Best experience. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because my insurance cut and I was given 12 hour notice to leave. They helped me find another place but that place was awful and I booked a flight home within 48 hours. Newport the facility was beautiful and amazing. I would go back in a heartbeat if I could. I wish they would not have referred to such a bad second place."

"As a Clinician and a mother of a daughter who attended Newport, it saved her life! Newport was not only professional in arranging the services and communicating with my adult daughter; her treatment was unlike any other. I have experienced multiple facilities as a clinician sending referrals. This by far has the most comprehensive treatment program wrapped with love and kindness. Unlike many others, it is holistic in its care too. My daughter was evaluated and treated from a therapeutic level to nutrition etc...when released, she has moved on to continue her treatment and solidify the skills learned in her hometown. I can not thank the staff, intake team, and exiting team enough! Ahhh, I can not forget Ben Davis either. He was such a refuge for myself and my daughter before, during, and after. Excellent! "This place is absolutely the best place for healing through my mental health journey. The only downside is the cost and whether it may be affordable for most people because I would want more people to experience the healing that I did. All my staff were absolutely amazing and caring and exceptionally good listeners. I miss them all so much even now and some definitely deserve a raise. I loved the activities we got to do and field trips every weekend. I miss the horses so much and trying new types of food paid for! Thank you so much for the experience and I wish you all well!"
