"This place has been awful - I had three appointments for regular check ups, all of which were cancelled or rescheduled months later. One appointment was cancelled on the morning of as I was heading to their office. The front desk was terrible to work with, repeatedly rude and unhelpful. The dentist and hygienist were fine but I only got to see them one time in nearly 2 years!"
"My family went here for a year. The dentist was good, but the cleanings are rough (they use extremely high-pitched water pick cleanings, the kind that sound like nails on chalkboards) and front office support was terrible (literally 8 polite follow-ups to increasingly hostile front office staff to try and get our medical forms released for a transfer to a new office). The pediatric side of the office was much better all around. For the Shadelands Dental Care (adults side) - do not recommend."
"I go twice a year for teeth cleaning and now go more frequently as I have Invisalign through them, they have always been extremely nice!! I told them my teeth were sensitive and they gave me lots of tips and they catered to my sensitivity. I love receiving reminders about appointments because I tend to be forgetful. Overall they are the best dental office I have been to!"
"This has by far been the best dental practice I have ever gone to. Sally is a wonderful hygenist and is very kind and informative. She helped me understand how the hormones from my pregnancy affected my gums and teeth. Her and Dr. Singh focus on how to get you better, and do not make you feel bad for the condition your teeth are in! I have to shout out the front desk crew too! Always friendly, inviting and efficient."
"Our kids come here and I do too! Very fair, honest, seem skilled, good vibe, I recommend them! The people are fair and skilled. They have a pretty strict cancellation policy but it’s worth it!"
