"I want to say how incredibly grateful I am for Ejonee and her team. I don’t write a lot of reviews because there aren’t a lot of places that’ll give you great service like this. I was very surprised to find the hidden gem and use it for my work. Their customer service and the way they go above and beyond is so heartwarming. I wish I lived closer this location. I’d get my own storage. Seriously though, if you’re looking for a place, definitely stop by here because it’s not just about the location it’s about who is taking care of you and your things that’s important. I wish all storage places were like this one."
"This storage has been the best we've rented, to date! We've been storing for over six months now and I had an issue months ago with having access to my unit. The manager got back to me real quick and I appreciated the turn around time. It really is a 'hidden gem' because if you don't know where it's at, you can easily pass the location since it's between an apartment complex and a car dealership. But we wouldn't want to store anywhere else in Los Angeles!"

"Customer service, customer service, customer service. Everyone single staff member is the best!! Julia really went above and beyond to accommodate me, and reassure me that my things are safe. I had to move cross country and leave my things behind for one year, but everything was in tact when I came back to retrieve it. Julia made me feel safe, accommodated me by staying open 5 mins late when my flight got delayed. And is just an awesome person with a big heart. The facility is affordable, clean, and safe. Would absolutely use them again. Ask for Julia when you store your things here."
