"I walked into the store to exchange a shoes I bought online, the lady helping me was so rude started making faces and said they don’t have it in store I said oh okay that’s fine I’ll exchange with one online she then goes okay I’m gonna go inside for 5 mins I’ll be back. I was thinking she will go put the shoes in the back and come back to confirm the purchase with me she instead orders it without asking me if the address is good. Anyways she shipped it to the wrong address and when I told her she goes oh well you can’t do anything. I left the store and contacted customer service by text and it was very fast and helpful they changed my address quickly she could have told me that. She ruined my mood I didn’t wanna shop anymore I will never shop at that store again I will continue to do everything online."

"As a generally negative critic, I had low expectations for customer service visiting this Tory Burch location given older reviews. Today, we were in an out with 2 brand new pairs of shoes. We were helped right away even if the store was semi full. Take older reviews with a grain of salt as management and staffing seems to have changed over the years"

"I’m amazed by how similar experience other people have with me. This is definitely the worst Tory Burch store. I bought a pant online and it’s too big, so I took pants here to return. However, the server insisted that the pant is not exchangeable or returnable and refused to help us. I’m shocked because I never buy anything that is not exchangeable or returnable and there’s even a “How to return or exchange” session on the back of my order paper. After all the bad experience, I chose to call online services for help. Surprisingly, she said they definitely that us return or exchange the order. In conclusion, the service in this store is the worst and not professional."

"Absolutely love Tory Burch and their website/ online customer service but this particular store is absolutely the worst! I had the worst customer experience of my life! I went in to return a few pieces I had ordered online but didn’t work for me, the lady dealing with me first made faces and then said straight out to me “if you have a lot of items to return, next time mail them back to the warehouse because it messes up our inventory in store”. What the heck? I’m telling her that I want my refund to be processed quickly and she’s telling me mail it back and have my money back in 14 days. They took 45 minutes to return items which any other store will do in less than 10 and were very unfriendly and extremely unprofessional."

"The worst store I walked in and wasn't welcome. There were a young sale lady (with glasses) and an old sale lady were talking in the store. When I walked in, they ignored me and did not even greet me. Then they started whispering. I didn't not know what I've done wrong but this is not professional such as Tory Burch. I'm a Tory Burch fan and regular customer. I think the store should do something to fix this problem as this is not the first I was treated this way! Do they think I'm poor and can't afford their merchandise? If you're reading this, you know what to do!"
