I contacted Kim and she immediately offered to fix them asap. I really appreciated her costumer service and kindness. Van, the owner took care of my set and was so understanding about it. "Gel x by Phoebe! I love my nails every single time! I usually find a picture on Pinterest and she perfects it and adds her own twist. I go every 3 weeks on the dot, although I’m sure I could push it out 4 weeks! I’ve never had a nail snap off and I work out 4-5x a week + type like a maniac for work. Definitely call in and schedule ahead of time as she is a busy woman!"
