"Had a great first experience with them. Unfortunately I had troubles scheduling a surgery consultation with their Folsom branch because of a rude rep there. Upon trying to schedule with them again, they had banned me from all locations — noting several missed appointments that I never scheduled with them. I’m assuming the rude rep might have done something fraudulent and I’ll be presenting this to a malpractice law firm."

"I had my appointment scheduled for nearly a month and a half. After waking up at the crack of dawn to get ready for my appointment, I received a call an hour before my appointment that my insurance was out of network. I checked my in network providers and chose Smile Time because of my coverage, and I confirmed with staff when I made my appointment that my insurance was accepted. I am wildly disappointed that I wasn't notified until the morning of."
"Really good dental place for kids. I.love them! Tvs on ceilings for kids. They have option of nitrous for cavity and root canal. And can offer dental sedation surgery for Sensory sensitive or autism kids . Really good dentist! Nice waiting room.."
