In the event of a delay, we will provide the same courtesy and quality of care to accommodate emergency situations or special management for in-need children. "We absolutely love little hero’s! The staff is very kind and professional. The hygienist and doctor are so amazing! Our kids have been coming here since the 1st dentist appointment. It’s also located in such a great area. I would highly recommend to all parents with kiddos to come here! My kids also enjoy the whole experience from the toys upfront, to a goody bag, a butterfly magnet and a coin for the prize machine! If your not happy or thinking about switching providers please come to little hero’s you won’t regret it!!!"
"Got the job done. Needed to take my 3 year old in for a cleaning. The assistant clearly hates her job. Could hardly even hear her when she called his name and did the cleaning in about 2 minutes. When the doctor did her check, very similar. Non-informative, quick… they did know we were new patients, right? It felt like they could care less if we ever came back. The assistant gave my son a coin for the toy machine, put it in and walked away without even showing him how it works. Let me remind you he’s 3. And no, they weren’t busy. We were the only ones in the office at that point. We had to go here for insurance purposes and I’m missing our other dentist now!!"
"This was our first time here. We recently switched pediatric dentists. And my goodness what an incredible experience for my daughter and I. They really made my daughter have a calm, fun experience. She got to watch her favorite movie while she got her teeth checked and cleaned. I was impressed how well my 2 year old did.. It was all due to the staff making her feel comfortable. Also shout out to Marissa she has been extremely helpful accommodating with insurance. She is so nice and so personable. What a gem of a place!"
"This place is absolutely AMAZING. My 5 year old autistic son loved it . I loved it. My little boy didn't want to leave. They literally go out of their way for the children. And for a first time visit was in and out in 30 minutes. I wish every medical/dental practice was like this. Just shocked beyond belief by how wonderful a dental visit was. And can't wait till our next visit."
