"Buyer beware! I can't speak to how good the repair system is, as it was purchased for my son. I can warn you about automatic renewal and the ordeal it is to cancel it and get money back. My subscription was renewed automatically on Nov 17, 2023. According to the company policy, customers have 30 days to cancel automatically renewed subscription and they are promised a full refund. I contacted customer service on Dec 3 with request to cancel. I was assured I can expect refund in 5 to 10 days. On Dec 7 promised refund came though, and all would be fine, except my CC records show that i was billed for the cancelled service on Dec 5! I contacted them again, received assurance that another refund would be processed, and here I am, a week later - my bank says no refund has come through. Bottome line: I don't care how good this product may be, because if they make you jump through hoops to get your money back, it is not worth it the trouble."

"I downloaded their software, messed up my external memories, removed the software, requested cancelation. Was told to go through their system. Did. Still charged me and two months later charged me again and again. Until I blocked my card. To this date I have not received a reimbursement."

"Completely a joke this company is. My computer was working great until I installed their program. It then stole my files putting them into a recycling bin that I had no permissions to open to view and when I called them, I spent an entire night 6hrs and a bit with a supposed tech that left me in a worse spot then I was in prior to the call. My computer now turns on, I have no access to bios and I can't access windows at all. That's with using the esc and F keys trying to get into the BIOS. I have been able to contact them by phone or email. I leave voicemails and emails with no response. Don't trust these people as a 4000 dollar computer is no rendered useless. I took it to the manufacturer and they said that id have to get the remainder of their program uninstalled before they will try and enter it again as as soon as they get in programs that were installed by this program is disposing my file system and deleting my drivers. My drive that holds all the windows files has been wiped and doesn't any longer show as an item on the loaded hard ware. Not a good job folks a complete failure of a company in my opionion. When I requested a return of my money they said they did already and I still haven't received my money back for the program that destroyed 25 years of paperwork and kids pictures and my life gone due to these people and this bogus program."
