"Great service. My ultrasound technician was super gentle and made me feel comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was in and out within an hour of my scheduled appointment time."
"I had an appt at 11:05, the waiting room was full. Checked in at the front desk, very pleasant lady helped me. My name was called 5 minutes later, the technicians were great! I was done and out of the building by 11:20. Very impressed with the staff and the efficiency of how everything was done."
"I arrived 3 minutes late. With a full bladder wanted to finish the processes quick as possible so that I can use the restroom. In which pelvic exam had to have a full bladder for better results. Like I said I arrived 3 minutes late minutes late and my ultrasound technician decided to go on her lunch and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Which means her lunch started before my appointment began. I was very disturbed as I had been holding my bladder for best results. For the next 20 minutes before she called me in, my bladder continued to fill because I drank so much water. I expected to feel some discomfort because having to hold your bladder, it is always uncomfortable, but the pain I felt sitting there much longer from drinking. Lots of water was disturbing that the technician was allowed to take her lunch, knowing that she had an appointment at that time. Most likely do not want to return to that location."
"Waiting room was not as crowded as I have experienced in the past. Check in was very easy and the staff was really friendly. I attended this appointment with my elderly father and I was happy with the experience today. Keep up the good work!"
"They did a great job! I had a walk in appointment with orders for several x-rays. Some of the codes were incorrect but they did allow me to get the rest completed and offered me priority service if I needed to go to my doctor and come back same day. These people were so pleasant and the x-ray tech was really kind and personable. I would definitely recommend them if you need fast and efficient service. The waiting room was quiet , clean and spacious!"
